Q1: Does BCES offer any poster session possibilities during the international conference?

A1: Yes, BCES offers poster session possibilities free of charge tailored according to the participants’ needs.

 

Q2: What should I do if I am not certain which Thematic Section my paper or abstract belongs to?

A2: If you are not certain which Thematic Section your paper or abstract belongs to, please contact the BCES organizers – e-mail: bces@bces-conference.org

 

Q3: Does BCES have a membership registration?

A3: No, BCES does not have a membership registration.

 

Q4: Do I need to register before my full paper or abstract is accepted?

A4: No, you do not need to register before your full paper or abstract is accepted. You can do it afterwards.

 

Q5: By what deadline do I have to pay the registration fee if I want my paper (if accepted) to be published in BCES Conference Book, Vol. 16, 2018?

A5: Only papers of standard registered participants (those registered by the deadline of 30 March 2018) can be included in BCES Conference Book, Vol. 16, 2018.

 

Q6: Can I send more than one paper to the Thematic Section Chairs or the conference secretariat?

A6: No, you cannot send more than one paper to the Thematic Section Chairs or the conference secretariat. You are allowed to send one full paper and its abstract.

 

Q7: How much is the registration fee if anybody presents more than one paper?

A7: The registration fee covers the presentation of one full paper or abstract. If you have registered and paid the registration fee, you can present more than one paper as a co-author.

 

Q8: Is it possible to get any discount on the registration fee if more than one person from the same university/institution attends the conference?

A8: BCES does not allow any discounts on the registration fee if more than one person from the same university/institution attends the conference.

 

Q9: Is there any discount on the registration fee if I do not want to be published in the conference proceedings book?

A9: BCES does not allow any discounts on the registration fee if you do not want to be published in the conference proceedings book.

 

Q10: Does BCES offer any virtual presentation possibilities in case you are interested in submitting a paper but cannot attend the conference?

A10: BCES does not offer any possibilities for virtual presentations in case you cannot attend the conference. The price for participating is fixed.

 

Q11: What should I do if I do not want to receive any e-mails from BCES upcoming events?

A11: Please, send us back an e-mail saying ''Unscribe".
