This is an onsite conference
The XXII BCES Conference will be held onsite (physically) only. No virtual or hybrid forms of participation are provided. After 3 years of virtual conferences (2020, 2021, 2022) and using some hybrid form in 2023, the BCES organizers want to make a traditional onsite conference in 2024.
Extra copies of the book and the program
The BCES organizers always print more copies of the BCES Conference Book and the Conference Program. Participants may take free extra copies of the book and the program until the available copies are finished.
Conference language
The Conference language is English. Abstracts, full papers, presentations, and discussions are in English.
Technical equipment
Each conference room is equipped with a laptop and multimedia.
Important notes
- The Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee.
- If participants cancel their participation, there is no refund of registration fees.

The Conference registration includes
- Participation in all conference sessions and coffee breaks
- Presentation of one paper at the Conference sessions
- Publication of one full paper (after being reviewed and accepted) in Volume 22 of BCES Conference Book 2024
- Publication of one abstract (after being reviewed and accepted) in the XXII BCES Conference Program 2024
- Conference materials (file, pen, notepad, badge, printed copy of the conference program)
- Certificate of participation (printed and laminated) - provided only on-site; no airmail delivery
- A hard (printed) copy of Volume 22 of BCES Conference Book 2024 - provided only on-site; no airmail delivery
- Welcome dinner on 2 July 2024 - accompanying persons attend free
- Gala dinner on 5 July 2024 - accompanying persons attend free
Lunches
The Conference organizers have negotiated with Interhotel Sandanski to provide free lunches on 2, 3, 4, and 5 July 2024 to conference participants and their accompanying persons who have reservations in the hotel.

You will receive an online invoice. Click on it. Add your data and pay with your credit card.
Go to a bank office and order a bank transfer to the BCES bank account. In this case, participants cover all bank transfer charges.
