The Conference registration fees include
- Participation in the Conference sessions and coffee / tea breaks
- Presentation of one paper at the Conference sessions
- Publication of the full text of the paper (after being reviewed and accepted) in BCES Conference Book 2019, Vol. 17 *
- Publication of the abstract of the paper (after being reviewed and accepted) in the 2019 BCES Conference Program
- Copy of the printed version of BCES Conference Book 2019, Vol. 17
- Copy of the printed version of the 2019 BCES Conference Program
- Conference materials (file, pen, paper, badge, laminated certificate, flyers)
- Cultural tour
* Note: The late registration fee does not include publication of paper in BCES Conference Book.

- Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee.
- In case of cancellation, there is no refund of registration fees.
Invitation to the Pre-Conference International Symposium (10 - 11 June 2019)
Participants registered for the XVII BCES Conference may participate in the pre-conference International Symposium 30 Years since the Fall of the Berlin Wall: Educational Reforms in Eastern and Central Europe & Eurasia 1989-2019 without paying the Symposium registration fee. In their case sending the Symposium registration form is enough for registration.
