What the registration fees cover

The standard and previous participant's registration fees cover

1. Participation in conference sessions and coffee breaks
2. Publication of paper (if any) in the conference book
3. Conference materials
4. Free copy of the conference book
5. Welcome cocktail on 14 June 2016
6. Three lunches on 15, 16 and 17 June 2016
7. Dinner on 17 June 2016
8. Cultural visit

The late registration fee covers

1. The above listed services
2. Without publication of paper in the conference book

The registration fee for accompanying person covers

1. Participation in conference sessions and coffee breaks
2. Welcome cocktail on 14 June 2016
3. Three lunches on 15, 16 and 17 June 2016
4. Dinner on 17 June 2016
5. Cultural visit

Method of payment of registration fees

The bank transfer is the method of payment. Please contact the Conference Chair for BCES bank account's details.

The conference registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of registration fees.

Notes

1. BCES does not send printed matters and documents via mail.
2. When register, participants will receive electronic invoices.
3. Participants, who register but cannot attend the Conference, will receive pdf files of the Conference Book, Conference Program, and Certificates of Participation.
